I’m a resident of Patna. There are two queries.

1. My resident villagers have donated my piece if land to the government school and overnight they have constructed two classrooms for school. What should be the legal action I should be taking?

2, The above incident has happened two years back. Now again, they have encroached the street land and want the street to be constructed through my adjacent land. This time, I’ve taken decision to take legal steps. Also, they are of mafia types and want to force us to accept their decision.
