Please provide me the guidance

Actually our fathers are X,Y,Z total are 3.

location is Tamilnadu.hosur.

We have land partition problem of among us (I have 2 younger uncles with my father).

Actually the whole land is around 20 acres and 25 years ago the UDR patta is issued to all 3members by Thasildar according to the land occupied by individually.

Three of us sale some small small portion of land individually according to their emergencies,

But land which is in UDR patta is not equal,because my youngest uncle has more land than us and even his name is appeared on UDR Patta on some of our land.But sale deed is in my grand fathers name.

Now he telling that as his name is appeared on UDR Patta,he will not give us a share to my father and other uncle.

Can you please provide me some solution to come out of from this?,
