i am aged about 40 and married. if i had a extra marital affair with a unmarried woman with permission of my wife . what law says?

Dear,
you may simply get married but that will be void (null) according to Hindu Marriage Act and if your first wife file case against you, will result in jail for u upto 7 years maximum.

Getting wife’s consent is something of an absurdity. It will take no time for your wife to accuse you of coercing her to sign the “consent”. Ask a well established lawyer for an opinion and see how he thrashes you (yes, I’ve attended such thrashing sessions by my senior).
