property share after the death of husband

Respected sir/ madam,
My sister aged 39 years is 60%( ortho) handicapped . she got married in feb16,2019. Her husband got expired on jan 6,2010. She gave birth to a female child on jan22,2010.
After the death of her husband, she was made to move to her parental house and father-in-law sold his property to his younger son and even the ancestral property of about 28 kanals (agricultural land ) which has 7 stake holder including him is transferred to younger son. they own a house in village in which they are staying . please suggest the legal option that she has with her regarding the property share as the property was bought by father in law. thanx

Madam,
Your sister get half shar of her husband proportionated share, and half will go to her child. But you have to prove the ancestral unsettled property. The only way is to file partition suit in the court.
