I am a divorced woman with a daughter, staying with my mother. I do private jobs so many a times I am jobless. My mother gets pension (late husband’s) and had all the assets left by my late father transferred to her name (no will was made). Now my mother asks me to get out of the house (rented) whenever she wants. I just want to know what can I do in this case? Do I have any claim on the family pension she is drawing? I am in great distress. Please guide.
