Land outside house

Hi all,

This is my first question to this forum.

I have a house in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, 200 sq yards approx. I wanted to ask if I do have control over some land outside my house? I want to build a ramp for the car to drive in the house. I also want to install a generator outside the house. So is it illegal, or is there some land assigned to me as the owner of the house, which I can use to my will?

Please help me, so that I don’t take an illegal step. Looking forward for your excellent advise.

Pulkith,

you have to clarify who is the owner to that waste land if it belongs to municipality or corporation you have to apply to them for selling of that land to you.if the authority is having any master plan like road widening or so you cannot claim it.
