When is the first news for MPL 5 coming out? I’ve been eagerly waiting to follow it.

when is MPL going to start? Is the LI team sleeping or all of its correspondents left the job? MPL was the distinct value of the website.

MPL. Lot’s of stuff has been happening. Either they’re waiting for the Lachs final or the’ve lost all their correspondents. Take me in, then. I’ll work for free.

I’m asking mainly because of selfish reasons (I’m a student of Kiit Law and our college won the BCI moot! :D ). But yeah, as someone rightly pointed out, it was one of the best things about this site. Please hurry up. :)

Sorry for the delay. In short, YES - it’s kicking off again very very soon… Just some housekeeping to do before.
In the meantime, do you have suggestions for changes for season 5? Any moots that shouldbe included? Any rules that sshould be changed?

Yes, NLS Tax should be a part of the MPL along with the new Oxford India Moot.

Oxford Media India moot is already part of MPL, if that’s the one you mean?
NLS Tax will probably also be included.

Oxford University just announced another moot called the Oxford India Moot with an unprecedented scale; this constitutional law moot is offering free registration and multiple teams per college with the prize being scholarship to Oxford University for post graduation.
Do check it out. I guess it should be included because it would be competitive enough with such features.
NLS Tax is indeed a good moot. Another thing, the NLU Jodhpur Antitrust moot and the NLU Delhi Corporate Law moot are better than the two Surana moots in tier four, so upgrade these to the same tier or downgrade the Surana Moots to tier five. And Surana Trial Advocacy East should be out of the MPL. I am not too sure about the Amity International moot but absence of top teams does speak a bit about it. Also, the new RGNUL moot should not be anywhere near the MPL.

Also, you might want to look at the ICC Moot - major Indian teams are participating, might merit a bump to tier two. On a different note, are there any plans of including mediation tournaments too?
