1.When a girl fill 498a through 156(3) in court then,what is the second step,FIR lodge or Case go in Mediation Center and if mediation fail then FIR will lodge?

2.If girl indicate names of husband family members in 498a & they are living separately then FIR will be lodge for them also or not?
