Framing a will
6 Sept 2013, 21:46
I am an old person with one son and a daughter. I have a small house in the name of my wife and a plot in my name. Since we both the spouses have become old and our son is lacking common sense to maintain a property, we want to frame a joint will in following lines.
(a) In case of death of the one spouse, the survivor will be the sole owner of the property in the name of the other spouse.
(b) On the death of both, our property will be owned by our daughter who at her discretion may share some with her brother i.e my son but her husband will not be able to claim share of this property in any eventuality.
Kindly advise.

hello sir, when u make a will it should be specific in terms of property location and its share. so when u are going to devolve ur property then mention the location of property and which share of every property will go to whom and which entent (full right or restricted right).
