we have purchased an agricultural land, the person to whom we had bought this particular land, was ploughing some other land since four years not the actual land which was registered on his name. now, the third party which was ploughing the actual land is not giving us the possession of that particular land. what should i do sir ?

the land is registered in the name of my mother.
