Breach of service agreement

Dear Sir,

i have joined a company recently just 15 days back, i had signed a service agreement of 2.5 years, but now after 15 days , i think i have come in a wrong company, i want to leave the company. The service agreement is signed on a stanp paper of rs 100/- and i need to pay my annual compensation if i breach,

what will be consequences for me for breaching the said service agreementyet . I have not taken the appointment letter, and neither i have signed another paper

Please advice me

i think that will be breach from your side and will have to pay compensation for the breach according to terms of agreement. it does not matter whether you have received the appointment letter or not. but you have already signed the service agreement which is binding on both the parties.
