I have rented out my commercial property to a Gym where the rentals were paid for 5 months later,he stopped the rent,saying that he would vacate the property,till such time the tenancy was within the period of 11 months,But we were also under the impression as he would vacate,Later after 2 months he started demamding the interiors whcih he had undergone ,where as the aggrement cleary says any alterations done to the premises need to be borne by the tenant after obtaing permission but such costs to be borne by the tenant only.Please suggest as this guy is not vacating his tenancy is already over and neither we want to go ahead with the remewal,We have verbally communicated to hime ,But he says we need to pay the sum demanded then he would be vacating,,Please advise
