Case: 1. Two Daughter of a father.

2. Father Died in 2011 July month.

3. Father Transferred the 90 % agricultural land legally approximately 17 years

back now all 10 % property transferred in Tehsheel documents also

4. Land is approx 20 acres or hectare

5. Two houses in village with some open space for animals

Problem : 1. My mothers share is given but not equal and not on road but it can be

given on roadside to both of the sisters

2. Lesser area in house is also given in residential property. Where in

village there are no documents available in whole village residences.

3. Since last three years even they did not given rent of our farming land

since last three years to seventeen years

Question : 1. How can I seize both shares from High court stay ?
