Hi my self and my husband jointly purchased and registered a flat and individual house. i am fully paying the EMI, now he is staying in the flat with his parents. i am asking him to register the 2 property in my name, he is not ready to do that. how can i proceed. i have 2 girl kids living with me in my mom house. If I ever get separated from him will I be entitled to get the properties in my name.
