My GrandFather has 4 sons & 2 Daughters. He wrote a WILL and setteled all his properties to all of them. Still my GrandFather is alive.

Now my Father is trying to sell one of the property without my & my brothers interest. Am 32years old and Married having 2 Kids. My Brother is 23years old and unmarried. We both are not interested in selling that Property. But my Father have executed a sale aggreement and got the an advance amount too.

Can I cancel the Aggreement? Do I have Rights to claim that Property?

Am ready to repay that Advance Amount.
