My father(A) has a plot.(40x30ft) Next plot is owned by B. A & B about the plot from the same buyer. The title ownership is clear for both A and B. No disputes. B build a house on his plot. A still leave it as a land. 4 years back, B tried to encroach A’s land and brought bricks/etc and left in A’s land. A came to know this and went and stopped. A now sold the land to ‘C’. C want to construct house. B is creating the problem to ‘C’ saying he will go to court and get a stay just to vex A&C. Can B get a Stay?
