I am Muslim married indian housewife residing in mumbai.

my grand father(mothers father who expired during my childhood) had a plot near Sindhudurg in which his brother also have share.

my mother is only child to my grand father but my mother has 5 children we are 4 sister and 1 brother.

we were the nominee in that property.

Few year back my elder sister constructed a house and sold the plot(only my mother share) with my mothers consent to someone. but she didnt informed me and did not even share the money with me. do i have right to claim anything in that property?

what legal steps can i take to get my share?

this deal happened last year and she is still getting payment in installment.

do i have any right to claim in my grand fathers property? it was not purchased my mother.

please help.
