Can a case can be file in Indian court against girlfriend cheating his boyfriend for the breaking of promise by not marrying him.

The reason being … the law hardly concerns itself with subject matters of morality …

only vocal promises does not contain any value in india law. one must have written authorized proof of that.

no, becoz girl is always victim under indian law and a case can’t be filed against a victim.

Hi Sir
I have relationship with my girlfriend for last 7 years also physically and we met various place.We got marriage 3 years before but she destroyed all proof. I have some proof facebook charting and we recently met in banaras hotel so that photos and bills now she is going to marry another person so can I register a case against her bcoz it is impossible for me to forget I prepare for all thing if there is any law against please help me. She is belong to mizapur, UP, and I have discussed some lawyer but some lawyer saying you can file and some deny.
