hi i live in england and need some advice, my late father had a house and two shops built in Nakodar, punjab.The shops are being rented and a family member is living in the house.I have no records that prove these properties belong to my father, he left all documents with my cousin who has claimed the properties. this has caused many problems in my extended family back in India, how can i prove this land and properties belong to my my late father and sell it
