Dear Sir,

I want a legal advice from you:

My younger 32 years old brother(unmarried), who is residing with my widow mother, (i am residing in another house due to him) daily have harsh quarrel with my mother. He abuses my mother on regularly basis. From past 10 years, he did all notorious thing(you can understand as a legal person).

He also tonts me whenever i visit to my mothers house.He often try to quarrel with me, by abusing me. But as per my intelligence i remain silent. He said Mother is responsible for his maintenance for his food and clothings till his marriage. Sir my first question is Q1) Is there any law or provision is there, a mother is responsible for his 32 year old son to feed him with daily needs, as her income source is only father pension? Q2) What action/protection my mother can take to protect herself from such quarrels and daily mesh ups?
