Hi,

I am a owner of a flat at kolkata and we are a small community (only 12 flats) and the age of the flats are 7 years. I stay in the 2nd floor and another owner stay on my top at the 3rd floor. Now, the problem is that the 3rd floor owner is not Maintaining his flat properly and water from his(3rd floor) bathroom are coming to my flat and in my kitchen, water is dropping.Before 6 months I repaired the 3rd floor room by my expence as the owner of the 3rd floor is not very co-operative. now, again water is coming to my kitchen. I am trying to solve the issue verbally with the 3rd floor owner but his co-operation is very bad. Also, we do not have any co-operative society in the flat.

So, if the verbal talk fails can I take any Legal action against the 3rd floor owner?
