Hi,

My father passed away few years back. He held a property which was bought in 1991. I believe that my Mother did take possession of the property but I am not sure what the documents in relation to this were.

All I have not is the sale deed which outlined the deal between the my father and the person he bought it from.

To confirm that this inheritance has been completed, what are the documents that is required. Do I have to have a new deed or is it an old deed + some other documents stating that my mom is legally in charge of the document.
