My father has two younger brothers and three younger married sisters and the property inherited from my grandfather was registered in the name of my father ‘s younger brother. My query is :

1. It can be clearly established that the property was inherited as my uncle did nt have means to purchase this property which is now registered in his name. But based on this registry, c. He clclaim ownership and sell the land?

2. If the property is still treated as inherited, in that case who all will be legal hiers.
