Hi Guys,

I need help…In 1960 my grand father buid a appatment with 12rooms at ahmedabad & distribute it to his 4sons(my 3uncles & father) by 3-3rooms each without any legal agreement. The all document & agreement of property are in a name of my grand father. He gave all this documents to my uncle. In now days after the death of my grandfather & grand mother my father want to sell our three rooms but my uncles are not supporting us & told lie that he has not have any document or agreement of these property. The tax bill of our three rooms are on my father’s name & tax is clear but other rooms tax bill has my uncles name & his tax is not clear.

So please advice in this case what can I do as I have not have agreement or document of our property & our property is without stamp duty but we want to sell it.
