Dear Sir

i have a property at indore MP and live this plase last thirty years.this property at name of my father and my uncle my grand father purchase this property in 1960 (with tanant and my father fight this case and even make this case for settlement of Rs.12000 with tanant in 1982 and at that time only my father bear this money. ) after 1984 my father and mother including me all are start leaving this place due to heavy dispute between uncle and my father. uncle stay at parents place with all household items.

now my uncle last 5yrs dispute with us that release my property and give my share in this property, even he warn us and abuse on phone i will acquire forcefully .

my family and me are in big problem please help me out
