I have given 5,50,000 amount to my colleague on faith. He gave me a check for the same amount. When I deposited the amount it was bounced . I filed a case on him. The case hearings started just now. Now I heard that he was flying to america on B1 vissa. How can I stop him going to foreign legally. what are the consequences I need to face if he flies to foreign countries
