Pls give your valuable advise on FDI. The question is as under.
Company have FDI under automatic route for manufacturing of jewellery. Now the said company wants to do retail business of jewellery in multiple brand (all brands are indian) by taking over another indian company.

There is no problem in your prospective proposal and you can go ahead with your plan. Though it requires a few regulatory provisions. Rest is fine.
