Dear Sir,

Please let me know that where should we go for the legal action against our relatives to whom we have given our shop for stay at Malad (Mumbai) from more than 18 to 20 years back, because we own there shop at Vasai in which they have the 1/3 share. Now after 6 years we came to know that they have sold out our shop unethically on the minimum documents like ration card etc… which is very easy to make these days and its comes under slum area.

Now my said relatives are forcing us to give there 1/3 share which is Rupees 500000/- after deducting the cost of our Malad shop. But our cause of concern is that they have not informed us at the time of sale of our Malad Shop which is 110sq feet and was very low market rate 6 years back. Now all the Malad area is going under re-development project. And already there are 2 partners (My father Mr. X and my uncle Mr. Y) involved in Malad shop but our shop was under Court Case where Mr. Y (My Uncle) has given undertaking in writing in court that this shop is belong to Mr. X (My Father)

But now our said relatives threatening us to either give the money or they will sell there 1/3 share which they have in our Vasai shop unethically to some anti-social element.

I need you support and legal action which i can take on my relative on given points below:-

1) Please support me about the said issue that is it possible to sell his 1/3 share to some anti social element as we have the property papers with us and also my father has taken stay order from court and its mentioned in it that after giving our Malad shop we don’t have any issue to give there 1/3 share which they have in our Vasai shop.

2) Now our Malad shop has gone through 6th or 7th parties involved in the selling and purchase process. But still the rent receipt is on Mr. X (My Father) Name, property documents is with us but they have cancelled the name of my father from Electricity bill (Reliance Energy)

3) Now please let me know what action should i have to take to vacant my shop as soon as possible, can any special police department is there who takes care about the illegal or unethically property issues.
