sir, I have given my colligue 40,000INR as debt 3 years ago for his very personal reson.

and he promissed me to return all money within 15day but till date only

15,000 Rs. has been retuned by him. No any single panny has been given by him since last two years

he is just giving dates and different false resons every time.

I have a blank cheque signed by him

pls help me how to recover my money from him.

I am very frustreted because I don’t wand to do any unlawful act.

I know that he is able to return my money for your information
