Find a lawyer who practices in Information Technology Law. You can also do some google research. Laws applicable will mostly be Sale of Goods Act, Contract Act, Service Tax Act, etc. Depending on the virtual goods that you are planning to sell, you may also have to apply to local municipal corporation for licenses.
