Can TM prosecution be made electronically? can a TM agent send the replies and submit the documents to TM registrar by mail?
Yes you can send reply to Examination report via email.
There was circular on Trademark Registry website wherein it was informed that reply to examination can be filed via email.
you can go through the previous circulars to know the email id.
