Dear Sir,

I am Akash. on February one of my college senior who used to say that he can give job to my friends who need job if they are willing to pay some money. So one of my Friend give money to him and my friend asked for an agreement that if the senior will not be able to give him the job then he must return the money to him. And the senior got agreed to give an agreement where it was written that

“the first party has paid a some of Rs.35000 to the 2nd party for job in a company . if the 2nd party will not be able to give a job to first party hen the whole amount mentioned above will be refunded to 1st party with out any interest by 2nd party.”

and in that agreement the senior asked me to sign as 2nd party and i got agreed in that as i knew him very close and believe him so much. But he has not given any job and even not willing to pay a single money that he has taken the whole 35000.

even the first party know that i have not taken a single money but they are asking me as they can not even go for a legal action against senior. The only proof they have the messages send by him regarding the matter to the first party and me.

So in such case what can i do to get their money back.
