I am gourav dabra from muktsar punjab my father was running a pvt ltd company with shares as md and his two brothers as a directors of this company and other family members are share holders of this company, i had submitted a case in high court against dabra cotton mills pvt ltd company muktsar of winnding up , after submitting a case i got the stay order. my father was md and shareholder in this company and my mother was also shareholder in this company and my father and my mother was died on 2/2/2010 and my mother was died on 25/11/2004 after the death of my father the other two directors are not ready to give us our shre in this pvt ltd firm and they had not given any doc to high court and court give two dates to submit the doc but they are not given any doc of company to court and the high court given a judgement , i had got the copy of judgement and i am attaching the copy of that in attachments please read the judgement papers and suggest us for the further steps that what can i do in future
