Hi i am planing to buy a land in vijayawada(andhra pradesh). we have applied for EC for the land they are telling that it is missing one linked document in the year 1983. from the past owner and now he is dead we can not get that document form them. so i am just wandering from how many years we should see the documents for registration. we can register the land???
