I Wanna Share My Legal Problem

We Are 4 members [Mom,Dad.Brother & Me (Iam Younger)]

iam 25 years old & My Brother 27Years

I Just Finished My MBBS ..My Brother Finished His Btech 6 Years Back

Un married

And He Is An Aloholi Addict,Could Not Find Job.

Always Harrasing Us For Money

Finally Decided To Make Partion Of Our Property…

My Father Got 16 Acres Land & Appartment From My Grandfather..

Appartment Is My My Grand Fathers Self-Acquired Property

[He Purchased It In 1988]

My Grand Pa Died In January 2013

My Dad Sold Appartment 2 Years Back & Construsting Other One

Actually We Decided To Share Land To My Brother

But Now He Said “He Has Legal Rights On GrandFather Appartment..How Did we Sell Without His Consent?”

As It Is My Grand Pa Self-Acquired Property..Not Ancestral.. Will Son Has Full Rights To Sell His Fathers Self Acquired Property Without Consent Of His Son[i.e:GrandSons]

As We Sold It 2 yrs Back..Is There Any Option For My Brother To Sue On it?
