My family biz (2 hotels,hoardings and rental properties) has four partners i.e. my father(died 2 years ago),2 uncles and my grandmother,

but the money is never divided or given fairly to my family or one of my uncles family, as in one uncle eats all the money that my hotels generate and my grandmother eats the hoarding and rental money and all me and my other uncle get is 10-20% of our share…

this has been going on since years and the hotels are in my name(and bad uncle) as a partner under huf

and the hoardings and rental spaces are in my mothers name as a partner

i would love to settle this out of court but my family is made out of something else that cannot listen to reason and do the right thing, so could somebody please give me some advise on what to do…???
