I, Ms Shobhana Sukumar Nair daughter of Mrs Padmavati Sukumar Nair, would hereby bring this to your notice that our Flat Agreement is still PENDING. All I have is the original receipt of registration. I do not have a photocopy of the agreement.

The society has initiated for deem conveyance for which i need the agreement to ensure the smooth process for the same. In my case since I DO NOT have the agreement copy what is the alternate option which i can provide to the society? Although I am trying to get the Original Agreement papers and its a time consuming thing…I need to submit the papers to the society on an URGENT BASIS. So kindly advice for an alternative solution
