i am gourav dabra from multsar punjab i want to know that i have a blind check signed by the md of pvt ltd firm . without any name and date but the md of pvt ltd firm was died 2 years ago now there are two direcrors of this firm are running this firm and this pvt ltd company is till working should i claim with this cheque
