Dear Sir ,

My wife recieved a notice from Delhi Session court saket .

My wifes previous company has registered a case asking for bond amount of 200000 rs .

Case: My wife left organisation in 2011 as she was not given appointment letter or joining letter after serving for 2 months also company just forced to sign a bond of 200000 INR and took a blank cheque without mentioning date in it of 2000000 rs .along with this they also took rs 100 cheque for verification of cheque.

As stated earlier by Hr working office hours to be from 9:30 to 6:30 but my wife was forced to work till 8:30 stated at time of joining company ,harresed by senior manager ,no training was provided for not even a single day ,and was forced to follow unethical rules and regulation of company while doing recruitments.

After serving for 2 months she got pregnent and when on doctors advice we applied for resignation company dint accepted her resignation and said why you got pregnent ,who idiots even thretened us of dire concequenses and court case .

we then put resignation on mail but they dint replied and holded her 20 days salary .

when we asked about retur of our blank dated cheque given at time of joining formalities ,senior manager asked us to give 2 lakh ruppes or fase the court .

Due to all this mental pressure and exertion my first child got mis carriaged and now after two years I got a summon from same company .

I crosschecked at delhi session court site and found that they have registered about 105 cases against exemployees who left them in 2011.

They have made it a business to get money by threating ex employees by way of court notices and taking money from them .

Please guide me what to do my summon date is 10.7.2013 in delhi session court saket .
