what advantage do i have if i get paralegal certification from US after doing my llb from india?

It will be a waste of time. If you want to work in the US, either get an LLM and take the bar exam in New York or California or do a Juris Doctor (JD) which is their equivalent to an LLB. Bear in mind that any qualification that you get from the US will not be of substantial value in India. Law firms do not pay much heed to your foreign qualifications, more emphasis is paid on how much experience you have working and where.
