[left]Ram and vikrama was son of Mohan, he was four acres kashtkar. Younger son Vikrama had got chance to his father in law’s property as Nawasa. So he was staying there with his wife before his father’s death. When Mohan died in 1978 that time elder brother asked to him that he would take and care his share. He requested to Ram that he would look after his share like prior. He with his family used to come during summer in month of May and June. He was staying together with his brother’s family. But he and his family never contributed any monetary and physical support toward his brother. He asked his share and got separated his share from his brother in 1993. During period of 1978 to 1993, Ram got established his own electric pumping set in 1975. During separation year in 1993 Ram had purchased fifty thousand bricks for making house. Ram had died in 2010 and more than twenty year had over of separation. But now Vikram and his sons has started quarrel to Ram’s son in May 2013. They are asking 50% share in pumping set and bricks because his father Ram was farming till separation in 1993 and both things pumping-set and bricks were purchased prior of divide. Please give advice to Ram’s son what should he do? And what is legality of the matter. [/left]
