I have come across one of the strange rules for preparing the merit list in one of the law college in Ahmedabad. They have mentioned that under “BCI Rules 2008”. It is stated as “who seeks an admission, who has obtained a graduate degree before two years, five percent marks will be deducted for every two years since graduation year.” So my quesion is that “is this rule laid down under BCI Rules 2008?” I have searched but not able to find it. And if not, what can we do to get it dismissed.
