Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have been working for Rendezvous Restaurant Private Limited, in Bangalore since 25th August 2012.

My employer Shridhar Wakada the MD of the company hired me to work for its 100 Feet Restaurant at 100 Feet Road in Indiranagar.

In March he asked me to set up a new restaurant called as 2102 Tilt Lounge Bar Opening up in Bangalore. He said it was part of the management. while working I discovered it is not part of RRPL but someone else Restaurant. I was told that i will be paid something for setting up the kitchen and doing food trials etc by Mr. Shridhar. For which I never was compensated.

This Mr. Shridhar owes his other partners some money say about 7 crore, and I heard from reliable sources that 100 feet will have a change of management.

Now the thing is that, soon after 2102 Tilt Lounge Bar work, Mr. Shridhar Wakada asked me to work for another upcoming restaurant called as Barley and Grape cafe in Phoenix mall in white field. which is his own personal project and not a part of RRPL.

He wanted me to shift for three months to his personal project and complete setting up kitchen and menu plan for it. I said since it is not part of RRPL I cannot work for it on RRPL’s pay roll as it is illegal and criminal to work for some other company on someone else’s payroll.

But due to constant pressure by him I quit the job saying that I needed medical leave for my knee injury that happened while working for 2102 Tilt, I left the job and gave him a month’s notice on 27th May 2013.

He asked me to leave a month later and by then finish his personal project at Barley and Grape Cafe or BNG as he referred to it as. When I refused he told me to to let 31st be his last day and said that my clearance would be done on 10th June the next month. {I have recording of our voice conversation}

On 10th June 2013 he told me to come tomorrow that is today for 11th June 2013 and now he tells me that he will give me a check by 30th June 2013.

The fact is I don’t think that he is going to pay me at all and will keep giving me dates.Please advice what can i do in this case.
