Hi my father had bought a land of 4acers in anand gujarat but the seller of land had not divided the land when he had sold it previously , and we made DASTAVEJ of that land after some time that other person who had bought another part of land had filed a case against us for that land so what is the legal action for block partition for that plz plz plz rply me
