Dear Sir,

This is Revathy.

I bought a house at 2nd block,mogappair west, Chennai through DHFL bank loan . The loan tenure is 15years now 2years completed, Am planning to sale my ground floor alone. is it possible? could tell me the procedures please

Take NOC from the concerned bank and then you are free to sale the unit, as required.
