Dear sir,

We are running data entry BPO from last two years.And recently 2 and half months back we got a project from Unique IT and BPO solutions.they charged us 18lacks for maintaince and 9 lacks for software installations and etc…they dint pay us single rupee till now and they said our project is terminated due to inaccuracy…please suggest some advice how to proceed legally…that company has normal firm registration.they are not registered in MCA. or ROC…

We signed MOU in 100rs stamp paper.and we gave them tottal amount through checks
