People, please stop kidding yourselves. You cannot get an internship certificate without interning somewhere. If you do, you are committing fraud. Please stop posting such futile requests on this forum. There is no agency which doles out internship certificates to those who request them. Get real.

I think all you really need is the place that you interned to send you the following on their letterhead.

Of course, the organisation would want to tailor it towards their own sample, etc, and may want to add more personal things about how you conducted yourself etc, but that is more or less up to them.
