Say person A has a Rehri/ Thara on his name that person sold that same to blood relative B on G.P.A stating any commercial property allotted would belong to B…B has the possession of commercial property for over 20 years and paid most of the dues for the property. what can B do to register property on his name or what options B have its in chandigarh or to sell it..please clear from all angles. the original allotee is alive.
