your luck or a reference in top 5-8.

Rest there is no option. May be its harsh but true as I know the pain of it and they hire only on basis of reference or campus recruitment (that’s fine) or your lock on the basis of your extra talent!!

So if unable to get through in top, work in mid firm or where you can and have command in 1-2 field and after 7-8 years, you can join any top corporate or good law firm..

About PPO..if you are already interning in a good firm then impress with your work, know the partner or senior HR and during the end of your internship, apply or request for PPO..but again, its gonna be your luck or reference!!

well, if you under any partner and he also takes care of recruitment or can refer, discuss with him first, and as he suggests you, make the written application for the job.
