my self kumar, I’ve a friend prameela.She is from different place, But now we are doing post graduation in same institute, she’s my junior, good and descent girl. Actually a guy called Prasad from the college where prameela did her graduation. He is following her and torturing her to love him from 4 years, she kept quite because her parents wont allow her to continue studies. He is torturing her in every way through phone call, sms, in class, college bus. If she is talking to any of her other friends in phone means Prasad some how gets that friends number and gives torture to them too. He is not under his parents control, he is not listening to any one. His aim is to get her only. Please help me in this. What are the cases we can put, How we can overcome of this problem. Can a boy give complaint over another boy on getting unwanted calls?? Please tell me how we can proceed further and what all action that police and court will take on him. Purely mistake is from his side. I am observing case from 6 months.
